CY - Christianity Explored Youth Edition
CY is the young people's version of Christianity Explored. The CE website describes it as:
CY is the evangelistic course for young people in the 21st century.
Seven dynamic and innovative sessions present the gospel clearly to your youth group and their friends.
Take your young people on a journey through Mark's Gospel. They'll CY Jesus Matters, CY Jesus Died, CY Jesus Lives - and much more.
With specially written talks, Bible studies, discussion starters, activities and the optional use of the Christianity Explored DVDs, CY helps young people to make the ultimate discovery.
At Crescent Senior EBR we used it as an outline to follow for some our talks in 2006/2007. To do the full programme they supply would use up all the time we had on a Friday night so instead on some nights we would use the Bible study bits of the course, other nights we watch the DVD and some nights we did a straight talk. Here is a summary of the topics covered:
